1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only if:

• The item is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered

Exchange will be processed subject to product availability.

If unavailable, we may offer a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Policy

• Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  

6. Damaged Products

• Please record an unboxing video while opening the package
• This helps us verify damage claims quickly
  

Without proper proof, returns may not be accepted.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
