Such variations are characteristics of handmade products and should not automatically be considered defects.

Product images are provided for representation. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

• Decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or where an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the eligible amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method, subject to applicable law.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products.

An order may be subject to verification and acceptance by HastKala Jaipur.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Payment issues or payment failure.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Incorrect or incomplete order information.

6. Cancellation by Customer

Customer cancellation requests are permitted only within 2 hours of placing the order.

The customer must provide the Order ID and relevant order details.

Sending a cancellation message does not by itself confirm cancellation. Cancellation is effective only after confirmation by HastKala Jaipur.

After the 2-hour cancellation window, cancellation requests will ordinarily not be accepted, particularly once an order has entered processing, packing, production or dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled by refusing delivery or failing to accept the parcel.

Any resulting RTO/failed-delivery costs may be deducted as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied while placing an order is accurate and complete.

This includes name, address, mobile number, email address, PIN/ZIP code and any other information required for delivery.

HastKala Jaipur is not responsible for failed delivery, delays, RTO or additional costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed delivery dates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, festivals, customs, incorrect customer information and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Due to the handcrafted and fragile nature of our products, returns are limited and are generally considered only for verified cases involving damage, defects, incorrect products or other circumstances specifically covered by our Return & Exchange Policy.

Customers must follow the applicable reporting and evidence requirements.

10. Unboxing and Damage Claims

For fragile or damaged products, customers may be required to provide a continuous and unedited unboxing video showing the package, shipping label, opening process, protective packaging and product condition.

HastKala Jaipur may request additional evidence where necessary to investigate a claim.

Claims may be rejected where the evidence is materially incomplete, inconsistent, altered, edited, manipulated or otherwise insufficient to establish the condition of the product at delivery.

11. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, offers and promotions at any time.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is successfully placed, subject to obvious technical or pricing errors.

Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. HastKala Jaipur is not responsible for technical failures attributable solely to third-party payment providers, banks or payment networks.
